This site belongs to Solterra Yoga, a brand of Canoe Landing Inc., a Canadian company based in Toronto. This page explains what happens to your information when you visit it.
The short version: we don’t ask you for anything. There are no accounts, no sign-up forms and no newsletter, and this site doesn’t set its own cookies.
What the site collects
Nothing you type in. The site has no forms.
Basic technical data, handled by our host. Like every website, ours runs on servers that see standard request details, such as your IP address, browser type and the page you asked for. Our host, Cloudflare, uses this to deliver pages and protect the site against attacks and abuse. Cloudflare may process this data outside Canada, including in the United States. Visit counts. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to see how many people visit and which pages they read. It doesn’t use cookies and doesn’t identify you.
If you email us
If you write to us at admin@solterrayoga.com, we receive your email address and your message. We use them only to reply, and we keep them only as long as we need to answer you and keep a record of the conversation. We don’t add you to a mailing list.
When you buy
Our products are sold on Amazon.ca, not on this site. When you follow a link to Amazon, you leave our site, and anything you do there is covered by Amazon’s privacy notice. Some of our links carry an Amazon Attribution tag, which tells us in total how many visits and sales came from this site. We don’t see who you are or what you bought.
Links to our Instagram work the same way: Instagram’s own policy applies once you’re there.
Your rights
You can ask what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it or ask us to delete it. For most visitors the answer is none, because we don’t collect it. If you’ve emailed us, write to us and we’ll help.
If you’re not satisfied with our answer, you can contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.
