How is the 3mm different from the 6mm mat?

About half the weight and half the thickness. The 3mm gives you a firmer, closer-to-the-ground feel that’s ideal for balance work and travel; the 6mm adds extra cushioning for knees and wrists.

Is 3mm enough cushioning?

It’s built for stability and ground feel rather than plush padding. If your knees or wrists are sensitive, fold a towel under pressure points or choose our 6mm mat.

How do I clean it?

Wipe with a damp cloth after use. For a deeper clean, use a natural mat spray and air-dry flat.

Does it smell when new?

A light rubber scent is normal and fades within 3–5 uses. Air out in a ventilated space.

Why does grip feel different in the cold?

Cork grips best with warmth and moisture. Mist the surface lightly before your session.
