FAQ
How is this different from a foam roller?
Cork is significantly firmer than foam and never compresses or dents with use. It delivers deeper, more consistent pressure for myofascial release and unlike foam, it’s naturally antimicrobial, odor-resistant, and built to last for years.
Is it too firm for beginners?
It’s firmer than most foam rollers, so we recommend starting with light pressure and slow movements. Let your body weight do the work. It’s intense by design for those who want real deep tissue results.
What areas can I use it on?
Back, hips, glutes, hamstrings, calves, IT band, and thoracic spine. Use caution on the lower lumbar area. Avoid bony prominences and joints. Always roll slowly for best results.
How do I clean it?
Wipe with a damp cloth after use. For a deeper clean, use mild soap and water and air-dry fully. No sprays needed. Cork’s natural antimicrobial properties do most of the work.
Will it scratch my floor?
The cork surface is smooth and non-abrasive. It grips surfaces without scratching them. Safe to use on hardwood, tile, mat, or carpet.
Is cork sustainable?
Cork bark regenerates every 9–12 years without cutting a single tree and a harvested cork tree absorbs up to 5× more CO₂. No PVC, no TPE, no petroleum. One of the most renewable materials on the planet.
